These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ekit Studio (the “Service”) provided by Ekoal. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ekit Studio provides tools related to content management, server-side rendering, and multilingual website generation tools.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account and security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service (except where permitted by law).
- Upload malicious code, or abuse rate limits / infrastructure.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding, and documentation are owned by Ekoal or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are granted to you.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekoal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR if no fees were paid.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons. Upon termination, your access ends; certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Language notice
These legal documents are provided in English for convenience. If required, a French version may be provided upon request. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
