These Terms of Sale (“Sale Terms”) apply to paid subscriptions and purchases for Ekit Studio.
1. Pricing and plans
Prices, plan features, and billing intervals are displayed on our pricing page. Prices may be shown excluding or including taxes depending on your location and applicable law.
2. Payment provider
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Your payment may be subject to the provider’s terms.
3. Billing, renewal, and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- If a payment fails, we may retry and/or suspend access until payment is successful.
4. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at contact@ekit.app within 14 days.
5. Taxes
Taxes may apply depending on your location (VAT/GST). Where required, taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout or on invoices.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital services, you may be asked during checkout to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose your withdrawal right once the service begins, where permitted by law.
7. Changes
We may change pricing or these Sale Terms. Changes apply from the next billing cycle after notice, unless required otherwise by law.

Language notice
These legal documents are provided in English for convenience. If required, a French version may be provided upon request. In case of discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
